This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement sets out the steps we have taken (and continue to take) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. While we are not legally required under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to publish a statement due to our turnover being below £36 million, we have chosen to publish this statement to demonstrate our commitment to these important issues. Our Business Dustcontrol UK Ltd supplies specialist dust control solutions in the United Kingdom. Policies We have implemented policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to identify and address the risk of modern slavery. These include: A clear anti-slavery policy Recruitment and right-to-work checks for all employees Supplier expectations on modern slavery and human trafficking Risk Assessment and Due Diligence We assess our operations and supply chains to identify areas where there may be higher risk of modern slavery. Although our business and supply chain are relatively simple, we maintain awareness of key suppliers and monitor compliance through contractual obligations. Training and Awareness Relevant employees receive training to raise awareness of modern slavery and how to spot potential signs and risks. This training is incorporated into induction and supplier management processes. Effectiveness and KPI Monitoring To monitor our approach, we use proportionate indicators such as: Number of supplier reviews conducted Number of employees trained on modern slavery awareness We review these measures annually to ensure continuous improvement. Supplier Expectations We expect our suppliers to uphold ethical labour standards and comply with applicable laws, including modern slavery legislation where relevant. Suppliers are required to demonstrate their own procedures and policies when requested.
